GDOPS builds vertical AI agents that take the operational chores eating your team's calendar — and run them in the background. Your team gets their hours back. They use them where it actually moves the business.
We don't build "AI assistants that do everything." We build vertical agents that do one operational job — extremely well — for one type of business. Specific products available to engaged clients on request.
SMS-based document collection for any paperwork-heavy operation. Auto-triggers from your existing system, conducts the full conversation with your customer, delivers everything back to your team.
Book a demo →AI-driven follow-up for service-business sales pipelines. Reactivates cold leads, qualifies new inquiries, books appointments. Built for high-volume operations where every untouched lead is lost revenue.
Book a demo →Have a high-volume operational chore that's eating your team's time? We build specialized AI agents for it. Vertical-deep, single-purpose, integrates with your existing stack — no replatforming required.
Start a conversation →No new portal for your team to learn. No replacing your CRM. We wire around your existing stack — quietly.
We confirm your stack, your workflow specifics, the requirements your customers expect, and your brand voice. Walk through your existing process so the agent matches how you already work.
We wire the agent into your existing system via email forwarding (no platform upgrades required), tune the prompts against your industry's real requirements, register your SMS campaign with carriers.
Your admin sets up a 90-second inbox rule. From then on, every customer that hits the right stage in your system gets a real-time SMS conversation. Zero per-customer effort from your team.
Business SMS sits in a regulated lane. The shortcut is to ignore it. We don't.
Operational SMS, not marketing. The customer's consent at point-of-engagement is the record we operate against.
Properly classified as Account Notifications with carriers before a single message sends.
AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit. Customer documents auto-deleted 90 days post-completion.
Monthly retainer. Never per-transaction. Never tied to referral fees. Clean from a Section 8 perspective for regulated industries.
Architected to NYDFS Part 500 and CCPA standards by default. Future-proofed for east-coast expansion.
Every SMS, button-press, alternative offered, document received — logged with timestamp + IP.
GDOPS' AI agents send transactional SMS to end-users (such as mortgage borrowers) on behalf of our service-business clients (such as mortgage brokerages). End-users provide explicit SMS consent during their initial engagement with the brokerage's application or intake flow. Below is a representative example of the opt-in flow.
Brokerages using GDOPS' agents commit to including SMS consent language similar to the following on their borrower-facing application forms:
After the borrower provides their phone number on the brokerage's application form, GDOPS' agents apply a second confirmation step:

GDOPS exists because the founder spent years watching service-business teams burn cycles on the same repetitive operational work — and saw what specialized AI could actually fix.
25 minutes. Zero commitment. Bring one tough scenario from your last 30 days — we'll show how an agent would handle it.

When you engage with GDOPS as a brokerage client, we collect your business contact information, billing information, and the operational data needed to configure our agents for your workflow (e.g. your CRM identifier, your branding, your team's preferences).
When our agents interact with your end-borrowers, we collect the borrower information your loan application captured (name, phone, employment type, income documents) for the sole purpose of completing that loan's documentation.
For brokerage clients: we use your information to deliver the service you've contracted for, send invoices, and communicate about your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
For end-borrowers: borrower data is used exclusively for document collection on the loan file that triggered the agent interaction. We do not market to borrowers. We do not sell borrower data. Borrower data is shared only with the originating brokerage that engaged us on the borrower's behalf.
We use the following sub-processors to deliver our services: Anthropic (AI inference), Twilio (SMS delivery), AWS (encrypted storage), Resend (transactional email), CloudMailin (inbound email parsing), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting). Each is bound by enterprise-grade data processing agreements.
GDOPS handles sensitive borrower documents (W-2s, paystubs, tax returns, bank statements). Our compliance posture: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, GLBA Safeguards Rule compliant, automatic deletion of borrower documents within 90 days of journey completion or 7 days of borrower opt-out (whichever is sooner). Borrower documents are accessible only to the specific brokerage that engaged us and to GDOPS personnel acting in support of that engagement.
Brokerage clients may request the deletion of their account data at any time by emailing [email protected]. End-borrowers may request the deletion of their data by contacting the brokerage that originated their loan, who will coordinate deletion with us. California residents have additional rights under CCPA, including the right to opt out of any data "sale" — though we do not sell personal information.
In the unlikely event of a confirmed breach involving borrower or client data, we will notify affected parties within 72 hours per applicable breach-notification law, document the incident, and remediate. We carry cyber liability insurance.
Mobile information. GDOPS does not share, sell, rent, or transfer your mobile phone number to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number remains private between you, the mortgage brokerage you've engaged with, and GDOPS' agents acting on the brokerage's behalf to facilitate your loan.
Message frequency. When you receive SMS from one of GDOPS' agents on behalf of your mortgage brokerage, you should expect an average of 3 to 7 messages per loan during the document-collection period. If you have not replied for 24 hours, the agent may send one daily reminder for up to three days, then escalate to your loan officer.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS sent to or received from GDOPS' agents. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier, not by GDOPS or the engaged brokerage.
Opt-out and help. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP you will receive no further messages. Reply HELP at any time to receive assistance information. Resuming SMS communications requires re-consent through your loan officer.

GDOPS is a single-operator service (Greg Dunlap, sole proprietor; LLC formation pending) based in Hurricane, Utah, providing AI agent services to service businesses.
Subject to a signed engagement letter and current payment, GDOPS provides AI agents configured for the client's business and the supporting infrastructure to run them. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timeline are documented in each engagement letter.
Setup fees are due upon signing. Monthly retainers are billed in advance on the engagement anniversary. Founding broker terms include a minimum 3-month commitment in exchange for preferential pricing. Past due invoices may result in service suspension after 14 days.
Clients may not use GDOPS agents to send marketing communications (we are configured for transactional/operational messaging only), to contact individuals who have not consented to receive SMS, or in any way that violates TCPA, GLBA, RESPA, or other applicable law.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice after the minimum commitment period. GDOPS reserves the right to terminate immediately for material breach (including unpaid invoices > 30 days, violations of Section 4, or actions that put GDOPS' carrier relationships at risk).
GDOPS' total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees the client paid GDOPS in the 12 months preceding the claim. GDOPS is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
We may update these Terms with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Utah law governs. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
GDOPS is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and the agent interfaces we deploy.
